Updates from Harbor Humane regarding Lift Gift 2023…

They will be Waiving Adoption Fees for this year’s Best Lifter!

They will also have special Raffle opportunities at the event which raises funds for them and gives you an awesome kit for your dog whether you can lift the most of not.

And if you can’t lift anything at all, you’ll still be able to donate by way of T-Shirt purchase, how do you like this year’s design?

Tybee came to Harbor Humane from Tennessee with her siblings and has been greeting everyone at FLEX ever since.

aka Lift Heavy Pet Tybee!

We’ll do a mock/fun Powerlifting Meet seeking Personal Best 1RM’s with basic Rules and Judges.

We had a riot last year and we raised a little money for the Ronald McDonald House and this year we’ll have even more fun and we’ll raise a little money for Harbor Humane.

And they’re bringing puppies!!!
